PracticeWorksHQ is a software tool that helps users organize:

• Internal payment records and balances
• Business activity summaries and reports

PracticeWorksHQ subscriptions are processed through Stripe. The Service itself is not a financial institution and does not function as a payment processor for your students.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We do not sell, license, or claim rights to your business information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Upload harmful code
• Interfere with operation or security of the platform

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.

6. No Financial or Tax Advice

Reports generated by PracticeWorksHQ are informational only. You are responsible for verifying records with your own financial or tax professionals.

We rely on infrastructure providers to host and operate the Service (database hosting, email delivery, payment processing). These providers support functionality but do not own user data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access if Terms are violated or misuse occurs.

PracticeWorksHQ is not liable for loss of data, business interruption, or decisions made using the Service.
