• Student or client information you add
• Scheduling and availability data
• Notes, lesson details, and internal records
• Payment tracking entries and balances you record

This data exists solely so the application can function as a management tool.

We use your information only to:

• Provide and operate the PracticeWorksHQ service
• Store and display your records
• Maintain account functionality
• Improve reliability and performance

We do not sell your information.
We do not use your data for advertising.
We do not analyze your data for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Information

Subscription payments to PracticeWorksHQ are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details — those tokens stay with Stripe.

Any payment tracking entries you record about your own students are stored as business data, not as transaction records.

4. Infrastructure and Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Email delivery uses Resend and Brevo. Payment processing uses Stripe. These providers process data only as necessary to run the Service.

5. Usage Data

We may collect limited technical data such as browser type, device type, and log information for security and system performance. This is used only to maintain and protect the platform.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all information you enter into PracticeWorksHQ.

7. Data Retention

Your information remains available until you delete it or request account removal. Some minimal system logs may be retained for security or legal compliance.

8. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data — HTTPS, hashed passwords, row-level security on the database. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed toward children under 13.
