Running a studio means trusting the tools you use. Here's how PracticeWorksHQ protects your account, your students, and your billing data.
All traffic to and from PracticeWorksHQ runs over HTTPS with modern TLS. Your password is hashed with industry-standard one-way hashing — we cannot read or recover it, only verify it.
Your data is stored in PostgreSQL on Supabase with row-level security policies. Students, lessons, invoices, and payment records belonging to your studio are scoped to your account at the database level — not just the UI layer.
Payments are processed by Stripe. PracticeWorksHQ never sees or stores your card details; tokens stay with Stripe.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties beyond the processors strictly required to run the app (database hosting, email delivery, payment processing).
